1. Company Information
Manvi Worldwide Courier (GSTIN: 07CYYPM2114D1ZD) is registered and operating from Shop No 3, Gali No-1, Riyan Enclave, Near Riyan International School, Bhondsi – 122102, Gurgaon, Haryana. We provide local, domestic, and international courier and logistics services.
2. Service Agreement
By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your shipment. You confirm that you are the authorized sender of the goods and that the contents of the shipment are lawful and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Prohibited Items
We do not accept shipments containing: illegal drugs or substances, weapons or explosives, live animals, perishable goods (unless specifically agreed), currency, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials (unless specifically agreed with prior notice), or any items prohibited by law in the origin or destination country.
4. Liability and Insurance
Manvi Worldwide Courier’s liability for loss or damage to a shipment is limited to INR 1,000 per shipment unless additional insurance coverage is purchased at the time of booking. We strongly recommend declaring the full value and purchasing appropriate insurance for high-value shipments.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays, public holidays, strike actions, or other force majeure events. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from delivery delays.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by the destination country’s customs authority. Any such charges are in addition to our service fees.
7. Claims
Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be notified to Manvi Worldwide Courier in writing within 7 days of the expected delivery date for domestic shipments and within 14 days for international shipments. Claims submitted after these periods may not be accepted.
8. Payment Terms
All charges are payable at the time of booking unless a credit account has been established. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
9. Packaging
The sender is responsible for ensuring that all shipments are properly and securely packaged to withstand normal transportation conditions. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
11. Changes to Terms
Manvi Worldwide Courier reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
